3. Set ‘Invisible Boundaries’ (Without Saying a Word)
What to do: Stop explaining yourself. Narcissists use your reasons as ammunition.
Why it works: They can’t argue with what they can’t see.
- Bad Boundary: “You can’t call me after 10 PM because it’s disrespectful.”
(They’ll argue, gaslight, or “forget.”) - Good Boundary: Silence your phone at 10 PM. Don’t answer. No explanation needed.
(They’ll rage… then find a new target.)
