7 Things a Narcissist’s Demonic Spirit Does When it FEARS You
Next, number six: when the narcissist starts crumbling inside, when their spirit gets rattled by your truth, they reach for a dirty trick—projection. They throw their filth at your name and call it yours. Ever been called controlling by the one who controls everything? Selfish by the one who never gives? A liar by the one who rewrites history every chance they get? That’s not confusion; that’s strategy. They can’t handle being seen for what they are, so they smear you. They twist your silence into arrogance, your boundaries into cruelty, your healing into hypocrisy. Why? Because the truth you carry reveals the lie they’ve built their identity on. They want to frame you as the storm so no one notices they’re the flood. And if you’re not careful, if you’re tender and tired, you might believe it. You might carry their shame like it’s your burden. But hear me: don’t you dare. They want to bury you under a guilt that was never yours. But you’re not here to carry their sin; you’re here to break the cycle.
They dress up in holiness. Now here’s number seven—oh, this one’s tricky. When they can’t mock you, they mimic you. They smell your holiness, and instead of running, they try it on. They start quoting scriptures they don’t believe, talking about healing they’ve never experienced. They name-drop God like he’s a brand, not a being. They’ll toss around words like “alignment,” “soulmate,” and “empath” as if they invented them. But you feel the disconnect, don’t you? Their words say heaven, but their spirit reeks of ego. Because true power—spiritual power—can’t be imitated. It’s born in surrender, not performance. It shows up quietly; it radiates through your walk, not your talk. And when someone wrapped in darkness tries to play divine, the whole act starts to rot from the inside out. That’s why they get louder; that’s why they start preaching like showmen. Because they know you see through the costume, and they hate that.
They don’t want your faith, but they want your glow. But what they can’t steal, they’ll try to ruin. So here’s the bottom line: you may never hear it from their lips, but their spirit knows who you are. It knows you’re chosen; it knows you’re rising, and it hates it. That’s why the attacks come harder when you start healing. That’s why they mock your growth. That’s why they try to twist the truth and turn people against you. Oh, but listen to me: it’s not personal; it’s spiritual. You walking in light reminds them of everything they’ve refused to become. You rising from the ashes exposes how long they’ve stayed in the dirt. And instead of falling to their knees and asking for grace, they sharpen their knives.
But here’s what they don’t get: every dart they throw proves just how threatened they are by the light you were born to carry. So don’t dim it. Stand tall, shine louder, breathe deeper, and walk with the authority of someone who’s already seen the battle and knows who wins. And if you’re ready to rise with others who see it too, don’t walk this road alone. I’ve got a free workshop coming up on June 5th, and I’d love to have you there. It’s not about selling you hope; it’s about igniting what’s already inside of you. Click the link in the description or hit that little button above and join me—one purpose, to bring you back to your power. Until then, keep healing, keep shining, and keep showing the enemy why it should have left you alone when it had the chance.
