Doing over one thing at a time in a meeting is frowned upon because it makes you feel you are more important than others.

People who gossip derive pleasure from the misfortune of others. It may seem fun to dwell on someone else’s personal or professional mistake, but over time it becomes tiresome. You give the impression that you are meddling in things none of your business and you are hurting the people involved.
